  How To Get Started

Apply for a user account     In order to take advantage of most features of Vendor Assistant, you will need to apply for a user account.  Once registered, a user name and password will be provided to you to access the secure areas of the site.

Getting Around     On this site, you can click on any text that appears like this:  Click Me!

Once you are logged in, you can also navigate through the site by clicking different tabs on the Tab Bar, similar to leafing through a file folder.
View Documents     Nearly every document available on this site is in a universal electronic format known as PDF.  In order for your computer to be able to display PDF documents, you must have the PDF Reader from Adobe installed.   Your computer may already have the PDF Reader, but if not, you can download the Reader for free at Adobe's website.  Click below to download the Reader:  Download the Adobe Reader for PDF documents.
